Situated on the serene island of Moggonisi, just off the coast of Paxos, this exclusive villa unfolds across three levels, harmoniously blending contemporary design with the island’s natural beauty. The residence is strategically oriented to capture uninterrupted sea views towards Limeniskos Ozia and the open horizon, offering a living experience defined by elegance and tranquility.

The villa features five luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort for its residents. At the heart of the home, a generous living room seamlessly connects with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a fluid space for gathering and entertaining.

Expansive outdoor terraces embrace the landscape, thoughtfully designed with an outdoor kitchen, a firepit lounge, and a heated infinity pool — all positioned to maximize the breathtaking views. The design integrates sharp, linear forms with the natural slope of the terrain, transforming the topography into a defining architectural statement.

This unique project was envisioned by Alexandros Eleftheroudakis and George Sinas, reflecting a collective dedication to refined architecture and holistic design. In the project also participated Matina Rodo, Eirini Maliari, Dora Manolakou, Kornilia Papadopoulou and Christian Markou.
