In response to the increasing need for premium residential spaces in Würenlos, Switzerland, we are thrilled to announce a modern apartment building project. As part of this project, Lib Concept collaborated with architect F. Baumgartner, with Lib Concept developing the construction drawings and documents. This project aims to offer a unique living experience that marries modern amenities with classic Swiss architectural charm. Scheduled for completion in May 2025, this project promises to deliver a serene and cosy living environment, deeply connected to Switzerland’s natural beauty.

Key Design Features
- Architectural Style: Inspired by traditional Swiss chalets, featuring gabled roofs, overhanging eaves, and wooden facades.
- Natural Harmony: Designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
- Split Volume Design: A central staircase unites the building’s split volume, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Garden: A beautifully landscaped garden provides a peaceful outdoor space for residents.
- Basement Amenities: Includes a garage and storage space for added convenience.
Aesthetic Considerations
The design emphasizes a cosy, welcoming ambiance through the use of traditional materials and architectural elements. The wooden facades and overhanging eaves not only pay homage to Swiss heritage but also offer a warm and natural aesthetic that complements the scenic surroundings of Würenlos.
